GENERAL: BIOS/HEADSHOTS WILL BE DUE NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JUNE 22nd. STILL WAITING ON AT LEAST 4+ PEOPLE WHO NEED TO GET THAT DONE (50% cast done / Production Team < 50% done). Please send those to Jessie via email at jessie@georgetownpalace.com - ASAP! If you do not get these in by the due date, we will be forced to make up something about you similar to the one for Ron included as an example. Don't be a Captain Underpants! :-) Not kidding about the making stuff up part. If you want to reuse an old one, it is your responsibility to get that to her. Choreography Worked Dance with Me (BJ) Ran through entire show of all numbers women are included in for choreography (with vocals learned to date). IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR A SHIRT, OR WANT A SHIRT TO COMMEMORATE YOUR TIME AT THE CAFE... Deadline to order a t-shirt is Friday, June 24th - 3 DAYS AWAY If you are interested in ordering a t-shirt for your quilt collection, to advertise your fame, or to make your parents proud, waste no time! The t-shirt will be a black shirt with the logo on front and cast/crew list on back. Cost will be $20 per shirt. We need at least 12 shirts ordered to ensure the price does not go up. The sign-up sheet will be at rehearsals. Cash or check please (checks made out to Georgetown Palace) and give that moola to Maria since she is the collector of t-shirt money. Money due by order deadline please. The Palace Rule is "No Money, No Shirt". |
CAST: You all are getting better each time we rehearse but there is still plenty of work to be done!! WATCH & PRACTICE WITH THE CHOREO VIDEOS / LEARN YOUR LYRICS / REVIEW YOUR VOCALS...We are almost three weeks away from opening night and there is much to do from everyone. We are a team and we will get there but everyone has to come prepped and ready each rehearsal! As you know, we are not able to go back and reteach so we are counting on each of you to do your homework. CAST - Email me back directly or text me on whether you can make it to rehearsal by noon on Saturday, June 25th. If you did so yesterday, thank you! Bio Instructions for Actors Bios should be no more than 100 words written in the third person with show names italicized, not in "quotation marks." The character you are portraying in THIS production should be italicized, in parentheses and immediately following your name as you wish it to appear in the playbill. You may include favorite roles and special thanks in addition to Palace credits. Email your bio, and headshot to jessie@georgetownpalace.com on/before the date given to you. Sample Bio Format: Ron Watson (Captain Underpants) is excited to be performing in his tenth Palace production. Favorite roles include Dr. Frank N. Furter in The Rocky Horror Show, Audrey II in Little Shop of Horrors and Rum Tum Tugger in CATS. He made his stage debut at the age of ten as Little Orphan Annie in Waxahachie, Texas. He was a hit and has been acting ever since. He thanks his cat, Ralph and his wife Sam, without whom he would be nothing. |
