SHOW IRREGULARITIES:

House held for opening due to projection issues.

Had Non-Profit Partner speech prior to starting show. (She was super quick)

House held at Intermission due to bathroom lines.

Not all projections fired correctly during the show.

Lost video feed for Austin during last portions of Act Two.

SUMMARY:

Dimmer/Channel check - had to fix two lights (only one was fixed, other needs attention: see note in lights)

CAST:

Another solid performance! Our House Manager said some of the comments she heard tonight from the audience were: "Loved the show!"; "We are definitely coming back to see this one again."; "This is the best show at the Palace". Way to go! Keep up that same consistency show after show to live up to those accolades!! Very proud of you all!!

PLEASE make sure if we call warmups, that you head to the stage quickly so everyone warm's up TOGETHER! The preshow schedule is not a suggestion, it is scheduled that way so we can get everything done on time so we can run on time. One of my favorite sayings is "Being early is on time, and on time is late." Please do not make us come find you. Thank you!! :-)

Thank you for taking care of your trash duties! Remember to check the schedule so others do not end up doing it for you.

LAUNDRY: Every Sunday, if there any costumes you need washed (and make sure you check the garment label that it is machine washable), please put things in the round blue plastic tub in the Green Room near the Men's Dressing Room door. If it is NOT MACHINE WASHABLE, then leave it in your dressing room and let me know what needs to be cleaned.

Boyce's black tux pants ripped up the back this time. They were fixed but again need to be looked at before next weekend's run please to see if they can be reinforced more.

LIGHTING/FX:

During dimmer/channel check, two lights were out. Both were on the Juliet electric (Channels 24 & 46). The Pup was unplugged so we plugged that back in and it worked fine. The Source 4 Jr. did not work at all, despite changing the bulb. Source 4 Jr. (third light from SR Juliet with blue gel) needs to be looked at to see why it is not working.

Projections did not work through the lightboard tonight. Not sure why they would not fire. Restarted light board and everything but no luck. Had to run them manually by Sound Op and we had trouble getting them to fire correctly. Can they please be looked at/fixed before the show on Sunday?
